By enrolling your child in TrueMerit Junior or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. About the Program

TrueMerit Junior is a structured talent and leadership development program for students from Class 5th to 10th. The program focuses on building thinking ability, communication skills, confidence, leadership qualities, and overall personality development. It is not a tuition or academic coaching program.

3. Enrollment and Admission

• Enrollment is subject to availability of seats in each batch.
• A student assessment may be conducted prior to confirmation of enrollment.
• TrueMerit Junior reserves the right to accept or decline enrollment at its discretion.
• Confirmation of enrollment will be communicated after completion of the registration process.

4. Fees and Payments

• Program fees are communicated at the time of enrollment.
• Fees must be paid as per the schedule provided.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• TrueMerit Junior reserves the right to revise fees for new batches with prior notice.

5. Attendance and Participation

• Regular attendance is encouraged for effective development outcomes.
• Sessions missed due to personal reasons may not always be rescheduled.
• Parents are responsible for ensuring their child attends sessions regularly and on time.

6. Program Structure and Changes

• TrueMerit Junior reserves the right to modify session schedules, content, mentors, or program structure when necessary.
• Any significant changes will be communicated to enrolled families in advance.
• Batch sizes are kept limited to maintain quality and individual attention.

7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Participate respectfully in all sessions.
• Treat mentors and fellow students with courtesy.
• Maintain a focused and positive attitude during learning activities.

TrueMerit Junior reserves the right to discontinue a student's enrollment if conduct is found to be consistently disruptive or disrespectful, without a refund obligation.

8. Parent Responsibilities

• Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of enrollment.
• Parents are encouraged to stay informed about their child's progress through regular communication with mentors.
• Any concerns should be raised directly with the program team in a respectful manner.

9. Intellectual Property

All program materials, content, session structures, worksheets, and resources used in TrueMerit Junior are the intellectual property of TrueMerit. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TrueMerit Junior is a development program and does not guarantee specific academic results, exam scores, or outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and engagement. TrueMerit shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential outcomes arising from participation in the program.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
